Working with sewing machine and doing appliqué have been my favorites for years. But when I used such technique for illustrating of children’s book as my B.A thesis in 1986, I found a new way to express my feelings.

Touching different fabrics and working on them have always been pleasure for me.I have created my textile works more by considering the painting factor of them and mostly I have inspired of my pervious painting, my imagination and nature.
I learned how to dye fabrics by hand in different techniques too. Arashi Shibori was one of them and I try to use such fabrics in my recent quilts.I know in future the way will show me how to continue it.
